We are pleased to announce the conclusion of the inaugural vote conducted by the Meta Pool DAO. Over 11 million votes were allocated to three initiatives spanning Asia, Europe, and Latin America. The first two initiatives secured funding, with 374,496 $META being delivered to the winners. Furthermore, the third initiative will have another opportunity to participate in the next round to obtain the funds needed to bring the idea to fruition.

- Connemara Staking Party BBQ | 3.19 M votes
There has been a lot of discussion surrounding the first version of governance, and the successful completion and distribution in this initial voting round reflects the community’s positive response!
Vote-to-earn
All the voters who participated in the current month by voting for a validator or initiative proposal will receive governance rewards from the Vote-to-earn mechanism. We will distribute nearly 1M $META and the claim mechanism will be announced in the coming days.
How META token holders shape the future
Our mission is to bring genuine value to our community. To achieve this, we prioritize the active involvement of META token holders in the decision-making process of the DAO. Each month, META token holders vote on initiatives presented by our Community Representatives. This inclusive voting process ensures that every voice counts in shaping the direction of our protocol. We then allocate all of the value generated by our Liquid Staking platform to the individuals and organizations actively engaged in our governance.
