Meta Yield: the Lossless Staking Rewards-based Fundraising Platform for NEAR Projects
A few days ago we announced the upcoming launch of Meta Yield enabling fundraising through liquid staking. We are now just a few days away from its public launch!
Meta Yield is an unprecedented platform created by Meta Pool for new projects on NEAR to raise funds in a kickstarter-like fashion and to get exposure to the NEAR community.
Meta Yield’s objective is to provide exposure and access to different projects, enabling the community to financially support web 3.0 projects built on NEAR protocol by only committing their staking rewards to a specific project.

The crypto community is always in the search for alphas and new investment opportunities, trying to seize the maximum yield opportunities offered by new project launches.
New crypto projects often struggle with the price discovery process and the frequently high downward volatility post-IDO, suffering from lack of additional liquidity to consolidate and properly grow their products or services.
This is why we built Meta Yield: the solution to both problems and the nexus between projects (whether DeFi, GameFi, Music or NFT) and investors, degens, crypto enthusiasts, and the community at large for NEAR.
The unique fundraising mechanism built in Meta Yield leverages liquid staking: backers only invest their future NEAR rewards for a project’s token and get to keep their NEAR, thus de-risking the whole investment process. This makes for instance Meta Yield the first and only lossless staking rewards-based fundraising platform for NEAR Projects.
Additionally, after a successful fundraising campaign, projects have access to the fund raised with the support of the community either immediately at a discount or after the lock period of the funds committed (more details to come).
Meta Yield welcomes PembRock Finance!
The first project that will benefit from Meta Yield is PembRock Finance, the first leveraged yield farming project on NEAR.
Founded by NEAR guild masters and having secured a $75,000 grant from the NEAR Foundation, PembRock will provide new tools to reach a wider usership, attracting more investment and expanding the NEAR ecosystem.
Lenders earn passive income by depositing their cryptos into the vaults which fund liquidity pools, while yield farmers can maximize their profits by opening a leveraged position.
PembRock Fundraising Campaign and Rewards
Backers of PembRock will receive $PEM, PembRock’s native token, that will support the financial ecosystem of the platform, reward early adopters, and provide a governance tool for the community.
PembRock finance has allocated up to 3 million $PEM for their fundraising campaign on Meta Yield. In order to unlock that amount the fundraising goal #4 set by PembRock has to be reached.
Backers/investors will have 3 weeks to commit their investment and unlock the different fundraising goals and increase the number of $PEM in reward allocation.
